Shipping Options and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 Days - Free Shipping all over India

  • International Shipping: 10 - 15Days - Actual Costing of Delivery

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orion Zone is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Delays

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, there may be occasions where shipments are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier delays

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items

Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.


Process for Returns

Initiate Return: Customers must contact customer service via email or phone to initiate a return.
Return Authorization: A return authorization number (RMA) will be provided, which must be included with the returned item.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.


Exchanges

Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Process: Similar to returns, customers must contact customer service to initiate an exchange. The new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.


Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting: Customers should report any damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving the order.
Resolution: A replacement item will be sent at no additional cost, or a full refund will be issued.


Gift Returns

Gift Receipt: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift receipt is required for returns or exchanges.
Gift Refunds: Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit.
